1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Kitvela Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you create a workspace or use the service on behalf of a company or agency, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Workspaces, team roles, and white-label domains
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and managing role permissions (Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer) and external review share links within your Kitvela Studio workspaces. Agency workspaces using custom domains or white-label branding remain responsible for all activity conducted under their tenant.
3. Your brand kits, uploads, and generated creatives
You retain ownership of all brand kits, logos, fonts, reference images, video clips, personal brand inputs, and final exported creatives you produce. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, composite, render, and transmit that content solely to operate the service and fulfill your publishing requests.
4. Connected third-party platforms (YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, X, and WhatsApp)
When you connect or publish to external networks through Kitvela Studio, you authorize us to transmit your media, captions, and metadata to those platforms on your behalf. By connecting or publishing to YouTube Shorts via Kitvela Studio, you explicitly agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You are also responsible for complying with the platform policies of Meta (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp), LinkedIn, and X.
5. Acceptable use and content safety
Do not use Kitvela Studio to generate or publish unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, or infringing content, non-consensual likeness or voice impersonation, malware, or spam, or to probe, scrape, or bypass platform rate limits, approval gates, or security controls.
6. Plans, credits, Bring-Your-Own-Key, and billing
Paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Team, and Agency) renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled under the Billing section of your workspace Settings. Generation actions consume workspace credits according to the published credit schedule unless processed via an eligible Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) configuration. Subscription fees and credit top-ups are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
7. Service availability and limitation of liability
Kitvela Studio is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We are not liable for third-party social network outages, API rate-limit rejections, or account restrictions imposed by external platforms (Meta, Google and YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and WhatsApp) on your connected accounts.
